Vedic Astrology or Jyotish Shastra is an ancient Indian astrological system derived from the Vedas. It interprets the positions of planets stars and constellations at the time of one’s birth to provide insights into life events. The Kundli, or birth chart, is key to understanding a person’s karma and destiny. This system includes twelve zodiac signs, nine planets, and twenty-seven nakshatras (lunar constellations). Vedic Astrology offers guidance in areas like career, relationships, health, and spiritual development.

We offer the below courses from Beginner to Ph.D in different Semisters
BA Basics in Astrology
This is a one-year basic course in Astrology. This course lays the foundation of astrology. The course covers basic astronomy, casting the horoscope and fundamental knowledge of the zodiac, planets, rasis and houses. Basic knowledge of delineation is also imparted in order to ascertain the strength of the horoscope. The effect of transit and muhurta is also covered in this course. This course consists of two semesters of two papers each.

MA Master in Astrology
This is a one-year advanced course in Astrology. This course beacons the complicated topics and other streams of astrology. Topics like Horary, Medical Astrology, Longevity etc. strengthen the practical aspect of astrology.

About Dr. Vamsee Nemani
Dr. Vamsee Nemani Vidya Vachaspati N Vijay Kumar is a distinguished scholar and esteemed practitioner of Vedic astrology. He hails from the illustrious Nemani family, known for its generations of renowned Panchangam (almanac) authors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Visakhapatnam and has earned certifications in Jyotish Praveena and Jyotish Visharada from the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS) between 2010 and 2012. Furthering his expertise, he pursued advanced studies in Vastu and Numerology from ICAS and other respected institutions.
With over 20 years of dedicated experience, Dr. Nemani has become a recognized authority in the areas of Muhurtha (auspicious time selection) and Panchanga calculations. His deep knowledge and service to the astrological community earned him the esteemed title Jyotish Kovida from ICAS, honoring his contribution to teaching and promoting Vedic astrology.
In 2012, he founded Gayatri Jyotish Kendra, a center of learning through which he has mentored over 500 students and guided nearly 2,000 clients with personalized consultations. His impactful mentorship continues to inspire a new generation of astrology enthusiasts.
In recognition of his research on “How Jupiter in the 7th House Can Be a Cause for Divorce” he was awarded a Doctorate in 2024 by Maharshi College of Vedic Astrology. That same year, he established Gayatri Jyotirnidhi, an institute dedicated to advancing authentic Vedic knowledge.
Dr. Nemani also reaches a global audience through his popular YouTube channel @VAMSEEASTRO, where he shares engaging content on astrology and Indian mythology. He is equally active on platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, where he regularly shares insights from the Bhagavatam and other sacred texts—making timeless wisdom accessible in the modern world.

The Numerology course was simple, clear, and easy to relate to everyday situations. The explanations helped in understanding how numbers influence personal and practical aspects of life. I liked the way calculations were taught step by step without confusion. The course maintained a good balance between theory and application. Overall, the course was engaging and gave me a comfortable working knowledge of numerology.

The Ashtakavarga course provided a clear framework to understand the logic behind bindus and planetary strength. The method of explanation helped connect theory with actual chart interpretation. I found the emphasis on calculation accuracy and interpretation balance especially useful. The course gradually removed the fear around Ashtakavarga, which is often seen as complicated.Overall, the course gave me clarity and confidence to use Ashtakavarga meaningfully.

I attended Vamsi sir’s Jaimini lagnas course… I was waiting for this kind of course for a long time teaching only lagnas, finally vamsee sir got the course. After attending the sessions, I understood that Vamsi sir is having great knowledge and he has got good explanatory skills. In this journey he always taught us the topics based on the ancient jaimini treatise books. He never created his own techniques and tips , always taught based on the shlokas. This impressed me a lot and interest grown more for every class. Another good thing is , vamsi sir is having good sense of humour and skill to explain it in a practical and entertaining way by referring the incidents from movies hence it made me understand in a practical way. Another good thing I cultivated from this journey is the fast writing skills, instant notes writing which I never did from other courses out side.. He made us to activate our 3rd house by default. 🙂 Thank you sir for all the knowledge you shared.

11/1/2026 నాటి పితృ దోషం స్పెషల్ క్లాస్ వివరణ అంతా బాగా ఉంది, కానీ కారకో భావ నాశయ జ్యోతిష సూత్రం ప్రకారం పితృ కారకుడు పితృ భావం లో ఉంటే ఇచ్చే దుష్ఫలితాలను మరింతగా వివరించినట్లైతే ఇంకా బాగా ఉండేదేమో.. కారణం రవి పితృ కారకుడిగా ప్రతి సంవత్సరం ధనుస్సు సంక్రమణ నుండి మకర సంక్రమణ జరిగే వరకు నెల రోజుల పాటు కాల చక్ర కుండలి నవమ భావం లో సంచరిస్తారు కాబట్టి ఈ సమయములో అంకురించే లేదా ఈ సమయములో పుట్టే జాతకులకు వచ్చే పితృ దోష వివరణ గూర్చి ఎక్కువగా చెప్పలేదనిపిస్తోంది. కానీ చెప్పిన రవి యుతి కాంబినేషన్స్ అన్నీ బాగున్నాయి.
